You will take a leadership role in the Reward team that develops and implements the strategic direction on Pay, Incentives, Benefits, Mobility and Recognition with a focus on People Performance. Lead the People Performance cycle to ensure that leaders at all levels enabled to drive a healthy and sustainable culture
Wealth of experience in Performance Management essential
Customer oriented team player with strong analytical skills
You will be a team player who can work effectively with all stakeholders
You will have the ability to influence complex
5+ years of experience within the field of performance management
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
The ability to effectively work with others to positively impact performance
