Our client is seeking an ambitious, motivated individual who is passionate about digital development. Our client is currently going through a period of transformation and it is a very exciting time to join our commercially focused client during a period of growth.
You will work with key business leaders to identify learning needs, design and build a learning roadmap to meet these needs with learning interventions – working with an engaged team to deliver best in class learning products.
Partnering with key senior stakeholders on performance initiatives and act as an enabler for performance effectively and efficiently to deploy the L&D strategy
You will have success with delivering leadership development, sales techniques and soft/core skills
Experience of providing strong value led leadership with appropriate levels of direction and coaching your L&D team
Experience of working within a global commercial organisation in a similar leadership level role
Can do attitude, resiliant - able to build strong working relationships with ease
Graduate/relevant experience to date
