This is a great opportunity to join a multi award winning global media agency who understand that great results are a product of great people and so put their people first! As Head of HR, there are two important focus areas in this role. One is to ensure that all people related operational services are delivered effectively across all global clients. You will work collaboratively with locally based HR teams to ensure that all employee relations matters, talent, culture and resourcing requirements are fulfilled. Brilliant Basics resonate.

The other is to help continue to develop the performance-centric solutions to the business across the network. In doing so you will utilise data- driven insight into the workforce, business, teams and individual performance. You will create and deliver innovative people solutions against a client vertical talent and culture plan that drive brand, business metrics and attraction.

In this role you will:

•Deliver a full people service to all network clients

•Support global account directors to deliver a people plan that delivers company culture, performance and people initiatives by directly delivering initiatives into markets

•Help leaders to build a deeper understanding of performance through the provision of data, solutions and talent metrics

•You will create solutions, policies, initiatives, ways of working that help to find, keep and grow exceptional talent

•You will drive the focus on employee feedback and performance and find innovative ways to link individual, team and business performance together

To be successful you’ll:

•Create in collaboration with the Global CPPO and GADs, the people strategy and plan for every network client

•Develop industry leading people initiatives helping to grow employee retention, engagement and external brand;

•Look at best-in-class people and performance initiatives across and beyond the industry and apply this learning internally

•Become a trusted adviser to the wider team and be regularly relied upon for your expertise, viewpoints and solution-centric approach

•Design your service delivery with your Advisers so that both brilliant basics and performance enhancing commitments are consistently delivered

•Grow the HR Community across the network

To be successful within the team you’ll:

•Be qualified in OD e.g. org design, performance and development, occupational psychology or culture assessor

•Have international HR management experience

•Have an operational/HR BP background as you will need to deliver/support tactical HR operations

•Be passionate about & experienced in, organisational and people performance

•Be excited about data-driven talent and performance strategies

•Love being part of a global network and working with diverse client groups

•Thrive delivering a change agenda

•Be a strong manager with a strong passion for people and optimizing performance

•Be data-centric and able to assimilate data effectively

•Ideally be CIPD qualified (or local equivalent qualification)

•Love people, travelling and working across cultures

•Hands-on, completer/finisher

•Proactive driver
