Growth Marketing ManagerLocation: London
Project Overview:
In 2021 the Growth Lab team set up a new regional SEO process for EMEA. The process has been successfully implemented in Q4 for top EMEA priorities and projects, we’re now aiming to scale it to more markets and more PAs starting from Q1 2022.
Overall Responsibilities:
Design and launch scalable content and technical SEO improvements with the aim of EMEA wide roll out
Monitor SEO issues & assist countries for all websites worldwide
Prepare analysis & communicate progress regularly to Marketing teams
Ensure all SEO activities in EMEA are in line with strict SEO policies
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide growth insights (user flows, growth models, etc.) to deliver more value to more users along EMEA Marketing priorities
- Connect EMEA teams with global and APAC Growth Marketing resources to build growth plans and to execute strategic growth campaigns
- Evangelise SEO latest practices and adoption across cross-functional teams
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - at least 4-5 years of experience
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communication skills. Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
- Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Experience delivering measurable and sustained marketing impact
- Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns
- Past experience with growth marketing or product growth
- Experience with analytical, organisational, leadership, coordination & project management skills
- Experience with data, metrics, and experimentation
