This is a newly created role based in London but with a Global remit. The role will be responsible for ensuring that our client report accurate data to meet mandatory obligations under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which requires them to provide data relating to employees. This is a key role as it will be responsible for ensuring this information is delivered in an accurate and timely manner to meet this European Directive.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Understand and communicate to all territories the latest CSRD reporting standards.
- Design and implement structured procedures and processes to collect relevant data
- Consolidate and review group headcount reporting/analysis, for actuals and budget/forecast.
- Provide data, reports and analysis on: gender, training, age etc required by the directive for both our permanent and temporary employees.
- Assist local territories with the complexities of reporting, ensuring consistency across the group and alignment with group and CSRD policies.
- Liaise with parent company HR department and various finance departments around all HR data reporting.
- Prepare reports to various stakeholders around headcount and CSRD data including FM Exec Committee and parent company
- Work with the global HR teams to manage the HR Central data flows and generate and analyse key HR reporting metrics
- Partner with the global HR teams to obtain training data from the Peoplenet Learning and Management systems for both permanent and temporary employees
- Help develop efficient solutions with the HR team to enable most effective way to capture data when IT solutions are not available in certain territories
- Other ad hoc HR data analysis as required by various stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Ability to design and disseminate structured processes and procedures for data collection and analysis.
- Strong Excel skills and ideally also experience with database and reporting systems.
- Ability to work in a structured and results-oriented way with great attention to detail.
- Essential to handle data in an accurate and meticulous manner.
- Proficient in financial analysis with a good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Essential to build strong relationships globally and confidence of managers.
- Highly organised and able to think strategically and analytically in order to identify and implement solutions.
- HR knowledge/experience valued but not required.
