Field Sales Planning Executive

My client are one of the largest FMCG organisations in the world, They're now looking for a Field Sales Planning Executive to join their team.

Duties
  • Partner with the Field Sales Planning Manager to deliver our strategy with flawless planning and execution
  • Lead comms to external field sales teams, supporting them in focusing on sales and crucially streamlining process to maximise value and ensure our category leading brands continue to drive fantastic performance in the on and off trade
  • Collaborate with Commercial Planning & Activation to interpret and respond to the needs of our sales team to drive best in class execution of inspiring brand platforms
  • Review of key performance reports to enable insight and action to lead to transparent performance management across external sales teams
  • Manage the end to end process of budget and invoice processes
  • Ensure the delivery of world class system training materials and system testing
  • Manage ongoing refining of call files to drive optimisation through callage
  • Creating channel tool kits and comms for agencies
  • Sharing tools/briefs with 3rd party sales teams
  • Scheduling briefings and installations
  • New start set ups and on boarding
  • Connectivity across channel from customer marketing, field sales, wholesale 
Requirements To Apply 
  • Preferable fields sales experience in order to “make the right call” from day 1
  • Has a strong network and comfortable working in cross level teams to gain alignment and support speed of decision making across the business
  • Proven track record in working with high levels of ambiguity
  • Organised with strength in prioritisation - comfortable managing and owning critical paths, project plans and holding others to account
