Executive Reward Analyst

Our client, a leading global company, is seeking an Executive Reward Analyst, this is a great opportunity if you are ambitious and are looking to progress in your career.

The Role:

Support the Executive Reward Manager with the operation of the interim and annual reward cycles for all executives.
such as the- Annual Incentive Plan and a variety of global long-term incentive plans.
Assist in production of the annual Directors’ Remuneration Report.
Providing support to the Remuneration Committee, including the collation of data and preparing papers on a timely basis.
Supporting the Executive Reward Director with ad-hoc projects

Qualifications and experience required;

You will also have a couple of yrs experience in an analytical role with a global matrix commercial organisation
Proven interest in HR Reward
Experience in benchmarking, job evaluation, salary surveys.
Very strong IT skills – specifically advanced Excel, PowerPoint, strong HR Systems knowledge (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Access.
Self-reliant and pro-active, with the ability to manage high volumes of work and conflicting priorities
Experience of influencing senior stake holders
Experience of leading through complex issues
Degree educated, or relevant work experience. Ambition, keen to progress and continue to develop - suit a Hi potenial individual!
