Creative Producer – French SpeakingDuration: 6 months
Onsite Working Schedule: 10am-6pm Monday through Friday
(WFH on Thursdays and Fridays)
Mandatory Languages: French and English (Fluent Level)
Role:
Manage outside production companies and resources, both procedurally and financially. Define tactical requirements and scope for projects, and help to reinforce production best practices from creative briefing to launch. Own project based budgets, schedules for multiple concurrent projects and drive communication. Create relationships with senior management and represent production timing and expenditures to them. Be the champion for creativity and for all kinds of media. Be above the factions
Responsibilities:
The "Integrated Producer, EMEA" role will plan requirements with internal customers and/or external agencies and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. You will have experience in every part of creative production including advertising campaigns, social media and partnerships. You're comfortable producing video, animation, print/OOH, radio, events and editorial content. You’re equally comfortable driving strategic conversations and creative development with internal and external teams. You can make the impossible possible. You are curious, flexible, tenacious, can turn on a dime, inspire co-conspirators, and vaporize roadblocks.
As the Integrated Creative Producer you will work very closely with the EMEA Creative Lead to drive creative initiatives supporting marketing priorities for in EMEA. You will be an integral member of the Marketing team and a champion for high quality creative execution across channels. Your key responsibility is to oversee and manage the creative production process and execution of deliverables within the UK, France and other EMEA markets.
Mandatory
- At least 5 years of world-class production experience
- Experience with in-house creative and production methodologies.
- Prior advertising agency experience or similar working with in-house creative teams.
- Experience wearing multiple hats as production business manager, talent affairs, music negotiations, and rights and legal clearances.
- Experience working with new and innovative technologies.
