Executive Compensation Manager with International Brand

Job description

Our client is a multi-entity global brand who are in search of an Executive Compensation Manager to join their Reward team. 
 
You'll assist the Head of Executive Compensation with setting and managing the annual executive compensation agenda, including the review and development of the Remuneration Policy, Executive Director and Executive Committee reward and all Remuneration Committee matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Executive Compensation in the delivery of the annual remuneration review cycle 
  • Assists with the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers
  • Ownership of the Directors’ Remuneration Report
  • Monitor and interpret new regulations and legislative developments
  • Supporting the shareholder consultation process
  • Assist with the annual review of remuneration, the annual bonus target setting and the annual share award cycle
  • Assisting with share and incentive scheme related matters for potential M&A activity, as required.
Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as an Executive Compensation consultant
  • Experience of reviewing and designing incentive
  • Prior experience of DRR report drafting. 
  • Prior experience of data analysis and visualisation
  • Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills
