My client is an independent production company based in London, we are seeking an EA / Executive Assistant to support 2 senior figures in the business. This EA will lead the support function for my client and also assist the business with general support when required.
The EA will provide comprehensive EA support and administration. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, this role may require some travel to Europe.
French speaking is not essential but could be advantageous.
Duties may include :
Meeting and greeting
Arranging meetings, minute taking, preparing presentations.
International and UK travel arrangements
Complex diary management
Dealing with Expenses
Managing supplier and Landlord relationships
Updating company website
Line management of office coordinator
Excellent IT skills - highly competent in a Mac
environment together with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
French-speaking desirable but not essential.
