Role‌ ‌Description:‌ ‌
As‌ ‌the‌ ‌Education‌ ‌Events‌ ‌Manager‌ ‌in‌ ‌EMEA,‌ ‌you’ll‌ ‌primarily‌ ‌be‌ ‌responsible‌ ‌for‌ ‌
ensuring‌ ‌the‌ ‌planning‌ ‌and‌ ‌execution‌ ‌of‌ ‌a‌ ‌wide‌ ‌variety‌ ‌of‌ ‌events‌ ‌across‌ ‌the‌ ‌region.‌ ‌
 ‌
The‌ ‌current‌ ‌focus‌ ‌is‌ ‌digital‌ ‌first‌ ‌and,‌ ‌in‌ ‌a‌ ‌market‌ ‌with‌ ‌webinar‌ ‌fatigue,‌ ‌we’re‌ ‌looking‌ ‌for‌ ‌a‌ ‌
creative‌ ‌team‌ ‌player‌ ‌that‌ ‌can‌ ‌develop‌ ‌scalable‌ ‌and‌ ‌impactful‌ ‌events‌ ‌that‌ ‌inspire‌ ‌the‌ ‌
education‌ ‌community‌ ‌across‌ ‌the‌ ‌region.‌ ‌This‌ ‌role‌ ‌supports‌ ‌the‌ ‌sales‌ ‌and‌ ‌marketing‌ ‌teams‌ ‌
in‌ ‌developing‌ ‌new‌ ‌ideas‌ ‌and‌ ‌building‌ ‌scalable‌ ‌materials‌ ‌for‌ ‌delivery‌ ‌in‌ ‌multiple‌ ‌countries,‌ ‌
ensuring‌ ‌everything‌ ‌runs‌ ‌smoothly‌ ‌by‌ ‌managing‌ ‌event‌ ‌logistics‌ ‌and‌ ‌housekeeping‌ ‌from‌ ‌start‌ ‌
to‌ ‌finish.‌ ‌ ‌

feedback.‌ ‌Collating‌ ‌everything,‌ ‌you’ll‌ ‌share‌ ‌actionable‌ ‌insights‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌team‌ ‌to‌ ‌improve‌ ‌

Responsibilities:‌ ‌
-Work‌ ‌cross-functionally‌ ‌with‌ ‌internal‌ ‌teams‌ ‌to‌ ‌develop‌ ‌and‌ ‌lead‌ ‌impactful‌ ‌events‌ ‌
across‌ ‌EMEA‌ ‌
-Manage‌ ‌lead‌ ‌generation‌ ‌and‌ ‌effective‌ ‌lead‌ ‌nurture‌ ‌ ‌
-Brief‌ ‌and‌ ‌manage‌ ‌external‌ ‌agencies‌ ‌when‌ ‌necessary‌ ‌to‌ ‌deliver‌ ‌event‌ ‌experience‌ ‌
-Track‌ ‌budget‌ ‌resourcefully‌ ‌to‌ ‌balance‌ ‌impact‌ ‌and‌ ‌scale‌ ‌ ‌
-Proactively‌ ‌follow‌ ‌industry‌ ‌trends‌ ‌to‌ ‌explore‌ ‌and‌ ‌suggest‌ ‌new‌ ‌event‌ ‌experiences‌ ‌

Minimum‌ ‌Qualifications:‌ ‌
-BA/BS‌ ‌degree‌ ‌(or‌ ‌equivalent‌ ‌practical‌ ‌experience)‌ ‌ ‌
-Written‌ ‌and‌ ‌verbal‌ ‌fluency‌ ‌in‌ ‌English‌ ‌
-Experience‌ ‌of‌ ‌both‌ ‌digital‌ ‌and‌ ‌physical‌ ‌event‌ ‌management‌ ‌
-Experience‌ ‌managing‌ ‌multiple‌ ‌complex‌ ‌projects‌ ‌in‌ ‌parallel‌ ‌
 ‌
Preferred‌ ‌Qualifications:‌ ‌
-Knowledge‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌education‌ ‌market‌ ‌across‌ ‌the‌ ‌EMEA‌ ‌region‌ ‌ ‌
-Insight‌ ‌into‌ ‌educational‌ ‌technology‌ ‌used‌ ‌across‌ ‌EMEA‌ ‌
-Experience‌ ‌in‌ ‌event‌ ‌production‌ ‌using‌ ‌digital‌ ‌events‌ ‌platforms‌ ‌
