Employer Brand Account Manager – Acquisitions

Our client is a leading talent acquisitions company.  They are looking for an experienced Employer Brand Account Manager to join their team, to work closely with their clients and in-house creative studio, to ensure projects are delivered to scope, factoring in timings and cost, to exceed client expectations and make an impact.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Working in close cooperation with our sales team when pitching employer brand solutions to clients across startup, scale-up and enterprise verticals.
  • Support and collaborate with our Managing Partners, Directors and sales team
  • Writing proposals and decks to address a client’s brand challenges and present the solution.
  • Driving and overseeing the creation of specific and targeted content and assets across video, editorial and digital marketing.
  • Overseeing critical production elements, including time and cost.
  • Assessing market needs and identifying gaps.
  • Responsibility for project management in planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of employer branding projects.
  • Capability to both compile and analyse data and create a strategic vision for a client’s employer brand.

What you need for the role:

  • Experience of pitching complex solutions to clients, as a subject matter expert.
  • Experience of briefing a creative team and managing internal resources.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the tech landscape.
  • Previous employer brand experience or an aptitude for working with copy and visual content, someone who is passionate about talent attraction and engagement.
  • Worked with reputable brands in a fast-paced environment in a similar capacity.
  • Highly organised and autonomous worker, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Knowledge and experience of qualitative and quantitative market research methods and analysis.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills combined with strong analytical capability.
  • Creative and capable of thinking outside-the-box to ensure high-level services both internally and externally.
