Our global professional services client is keen to find a new Senior Employee Relations Manager to manage complex, high-risk and sensitive projects.
Provide expertise, consultation, guidance and coaching to managers to address employee behaviour and performance concerns
Manage independent investigations acting as the HR representative at investigation meetings
Predominantly working with senior stakeholders to resolve capability issues and the end to end process of complex ER cases
Skills/ Knowledge & Experience;
You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
You will have exceptional active listening, and critical thinking skills
Enjoy working with data to analyse key metrics to uncover trends and root causes
Team Mgmt experience
Grad Calibre/ similar work experience
