Our global leading creative client is keen to find a new Senior Employee Relations EMEA Specialist to manage complex, high-risk and sensitive projects , this is high profile role that requires an outstanding ER guru who is used to working in a similar role .
Provide expertise, consultation, guidance and coaching to managers to address employee behaviour and performance concerns
Lead a team in Employee Relations - conducting investigations and resolving complex issues
Skills/ Knowledge & Experience;
You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
You will have exceptional active listening, and critical thinking skills
Enjoy working with data to analyse key metrics to uncover trends and root causes
Team Mgmt experience
Grad Calibre/ similar work experience
