​We have a very exciting role with one of the biggest Internet and Media companies across the world with the London office, they are looking to add a Engagement and Culture Executive across EMEA and LATAM to work on Internal Communication and Events on a very exciting programme.

Role

The EMEA + LATAM Engagement & Culture Executive is a critical role in the business working with key stakeholders in the business from Director and Chief Executives to HRBP's to tailor engagement moments via internal communications or events across the business that translate locally and drive the success of the new programme.

  • Oversee the development and execution of the EMEA + LATAM culture and global events strategy

  • Coordinate key engagement events, including executive visits, regional all hands meetings, Manager forums, annual Summer parties, annual Charity day, planning and support of key in-house talks.

  • Help support the quarterly reward & recognition programme

  • Lead internal events within the London office, offering support to additional EMEA offices

  • Working closely with the Global on boarding team to bring the brand to life for new employees, overseeing the coordination of EMEA Day 1 experience for new joiners

  • Support the Engagement & Change manager in developing and evolving programs and initiatives to support the EMEA + LATAM engagement strategy

  • Manage the events calendar for EMEA + LATAM so we have a clear view on what is happening across our offices

  • Build a network of advocates who will become your eyes and ears for news, help with events and amplify awareness of internal campaigns

  • Work with our social media managers to coordinate content that supports our employer brand and amplifies office cultures and events

  • Support in the drafting of communications materials across email, slack, and video scripts

Experience

  • Ideally 2+ years in a coordination role for a global business, agency experience advantageous

  • Proactive communicator - confident in writing and meeting with senior people

  • Solution-oriented personality and highly organised

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet stringent deadlines

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and effortlessly moves between different activities
