Email Marketing Manager
Location: London (Remote currently)
Length: 6 months
Rate: £31-34p/h (40 hours p/w)

Fantastic opportunity for an experience Email Marketing Manager to work with one of the Big 5 Tech companies on a contract basis for 6 months. The salary equivalent for this role is £67,000

About the role…

Our client is looking for an experienced email marketing manager who is passionate about marketing automation, email marketing, online advertising, analytics, and driving measurable results at a large scale. As an expert with data and technology, you will work closely with the marketing team to build, optimize, and execute marketing campaigns.
 
Plan, build, and execute integrated campaigns, comms and nurture programmes, focused on goals, themes and topics that are designed to generate leads for Sales teams globally.
Orchestrate campaign and email content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders.
Launch and optimize email campaigns, including email template setup, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results.

Responsibilities…
  • Plan, build, and execute integrated campaigns, comms and nurture programmes, focused on goals, themes and topics that are designed to generate leads for Sales teams globally.
  • Orchestrate campaign and email content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders.
  • Launch and optimize email campaigns, including email template setup, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results.
  • Build marketing automation campaigns to deliver a steady stream of qualified leads to sales
  • Implement lead scoring best practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
  • Optimize workflows for target audiences to convert more leads through to customers
  • Carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns, measure and report on campaign results on to maximize results and implement change when needed.
  • Create optimized programs to generate adoption and leads at scale across a number of audience segments.
  • Manage program budget with accountability for campaign ROI.
  • Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in Tableau to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making

Required Skills…

  • Proven understanding of the technology cycle and how to implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, drive interest, and accelerate the purchase process
  • Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce in a B2B environment is a must
  • HTML/CSS for email or landing page design and coding
  • Analytical with a natural curiosity in data to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible
  • A strong background in lead generation programs, email marketing best practices, and inbound marketing is crucial, along with experience improving marketing and sales alignment through continuous business process improvement
  • Experience in database management
  • Highly organized, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible
