Job : Executive Assistant to Founder / CEO – start up Tech/AI
Duration : 3/6 months FTC
Hybrid – Full time
Salary £ 50,000 pa
Our client a start up in the Tech/AI space is looking for an Executive Assistant to Founder, the ideal candidate will have worked in a start up company previously and be confident setting up to EA function for the Founder. The role will be hybrid ( 1/2 days in the office each week and remotely the rest of the week ). Experience working in AI, Tech, Start up, fast paced and growth businesses could be highly advantageous, also if you have worked in a company that has contracts with Government or defense contracts could also be very highly beneficial ( but not essential )
Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :
- Meticulous diary management
- Setting up the EA function
- Events arrangement
- Complex diary management – across multiple time zones
- Minute taking
- Complex travel arrangements – strategic planning of itineraries
- Project management
- High profile Stakeholder management
- Meeting agenda’s and presentations ( including PowerPoint )
- Actively seeking ways to improve business processes and analysing results
- Expenses, purchase orders etc
- Social media / Content creation.
- Support the wider business as needed
