Digital Project Manager – Healthcare

Our healthcare client is looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to join their team.  The client is in an exciting period of digital transformation, which will see the creation of a new digital environment for our customers and patients. This includes the development of a new transactional website, the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and the delivery of a self-service portal/app, all designed to significantly improve the customer and patient.  You will  work with the Digital Manager to deliver the digital roadmap, by taking ownership of establishing and implementing new measurement and reporting methods, as well as regularly reviewing and analysing digital performance data to inform new feature and platform development and improvements.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Review data from multiple sources and produce insights to inform continuous improvement programs of work within the Digital Team and the overall delivery of the digital roadmap
  • Carry out ad hoc exploratory analysis, gathering and interpreting relevant data from a wide range of sources to identify trends and enable the client to develop a deeper understanding of the customer/patient through the development of personas to support improvements in customer journey/marketing/digital activity
  • Support the Digital Manager with the development of a digital environment that offers a comprehensive audience experience, by supporting in the management of various projects, gathering of business requirements, developing business cases and the development, testing and launch of new features/platforms
  • Play a key role in the delivery of a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) program by measuring relevant website and call metrics, identifying trends and helping to influence insights into action
  • Day-to-day management of Google Analytics with tactical support from the Digital and Data Executive, including ad hoc analytics requests and the development of weekly and monthly website performance reports. Develop dashboards, set up goals and present insights to the team as well as to a range of business stakeholders
  • Support the wider Marketing, Brand and Communications Team by providing useful and actionable reports, developing personas, evaluating and tracking the effectiveness of CRM programmes, managing segments and measuring segmentation strategies to increase conversion and drive engagement
  • Continue to evolve web, social and other analytics work, developing areas such as attribution modelling and goal conversions
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of key digital trends and proactively introduce new ideas to ensure the Digital Team can remain powerful advocates for digital throughout the business.
 
What you need for the role: 
  • 6+ years in a digital role, with experience of digital product development, analytics and reporting, user experience design and testing
  • Significant experience using Google Marketing Platform, in particular Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio
  • Experience with CRO/continuous improvement programs
  • A solid background in data and analytics with experience of working with multiple data sets, comprehensive marketing/digital performance reporting and used to driving insights into action An experienced stakeholder manager used to collaborating with and influencing colleagues and teams at all levels
  • Must be an analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience with Drupal 9 Content Management System (desired)
  • Experience with performance reporting within a CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desired)
  • Experience of Agile methodology within project management (desired)
  • Experience developing personas Personal Attributes (desired)
