Digital Marketing Program Manager

Rate: £25.50 – £30.93 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm

The role: Digital Marketing Program Manager, Devices & Services - EMEA (London)

The Digital Programme Manager will be accountable for the successful management and delivery of the key digital marketing initiatives in EMEA at scale. You will support the regional retail go-to-market team with optimizing the company’s online presence across key partners and accelerate online sales for the hardware portfolio (Nest & Pixel).

You will contribute to creating user desire and consideration by developing a best-in-class digital shopping experience that drives conversion. You will also support country teams in EMEA with providing clear action items to improve presence across all products and partner channels based on the digital shelf analytics insights.

Finally, you will support the roll-out of new digital initiatives across countries and partners and help with go-to market frameworks and tools in alignment with global, cross-functional and local stakeholders.

In this role you will work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, product development, operations and more. At the same time, you will work with global, regional and local marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of scaled digital programs that help improve the digital consumer journey, ensuring end-to-end project management from concept to execution to reporting and optimisation incl best practices gathering & sharing to ultimately drive more sales online.
  • Help develop the EMEA digital go-to-market strategy by aligning global & country strategies and transforming KPI data into actionable insights and execute upon them.
  • Lead a test and learn agenda to drive content innovation and continuous optimisation of our presence online and roll out best practices with the objective to drive conversion on retailer and carrier sites.
  • Manage day-to-day external partner relationships and agencies, as well as be the EMEA digital representative for global, local and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in digital.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and very strong interpersonal skills, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and operate in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with consultative approach and demonstrated capability to analyze marketing performance and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage complex projects and deadlines and demonstrates the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding organizational, execution, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills Superb written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios.
  • Understanding of products and technology industry.
  • Experience working for iconic brands (consumer or B2B) that engage consumers through disruptive marketing.
  • Experience in digital commerce and digital marketing, with prior experience on content optimization.
  • Proven success driving awareness, engagement, and conversion results for consumer products.
  • Experience in a regional role -- working with both global and local organisations.
