Creative Program Coordinator
London (work from home temporarily due to covid) 
£22-£24.50 per hour (40hrs) 
Full time, PAYE contract

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Creative X Program Managers are a team of strategic creative leaders who work closely with marketers to plan and manage creative projects. Program Managers forecast work, ensure it is strategically aligned with marketing goals, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning
- Help prioritize projects with Marketing Leadership based on impact, company objectives and resources
- Understand marketing creative plans for one of our family of brands
- Proactively identify problems for marketing and/or advertising creative plans
- Plan resource needs, and coordinate resources across multiple projects

Partnerships
- Create strong partnerships with Marketers, other members of the CX team and close XFNs


Program Management
- Assist in managing creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various product launches
- Organise and prioritize competing needs with good reasoning 
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a calm and professional manner

- Supporting the CX team to ensure things are met on time and administration tasks are complete.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience working with Marketers, Creative Agencies and Production companies
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Experience supporting marketing projects, including the creative development and alignment with strategy
- Experience in setting priorities, problem-solving and multitasking
