Creative ManagerLocation – London

Our high profile music client is looking for a Creative Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating compelling briefs/presentations that get artists and creators excited about a project
- Commissioning music videos and Project Managing music videos, from start to finish, meticulously over seeing every detail
- Commissioning a broad range of artist visuals from music videos, to live sessions, short form and long form content as well as overseeing OOH creatives
- Commissioning a multitude of creatives incl. directors, freelance editors, videographers, producers, animators, stylists, hair & make-up creatives and content creators
- Collaborating with the Creative team on projects to maximise ideas and ensure the visual tone is consistent across a multitude of deliverables
- Working closely with artists to create long term cohesive visual campaigns
- Understanding the DNA/narrative behind each artist, be the conduit that ensures all short form content needs are met.
- Planning and/or being across commissioning short form content around artist activities, diaries/live/promo etc
- Be across artist social media campaigns within the label
- Reacting to current campaigns as well as proactively working towards new campaigns
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the agreed delivery date Delegating creative work to external parties coherently and managing the work flow from start to finish
- Creating detailed budgets, call sheets and schedules with the support of the Creative Intern
- Working closely with marketing and digital team in terms of campaign strategy and ensuring deadlines met
- Having a diverse network of impactful creatives that you’re excited to align with our artists
- Having positive and strong working relationships within each side of the business, from label, production, artists to managers
- Liaising with the wider label, creative team, artist managers and key contacts diligently and professionally at all times
In order to be considered:
- You'll need several year’s experience within your creative field
- Passionate about music, design, culture and all things creative
- Proven track record delivering highly impactful visuals in your relevant field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment - music industry a bonus but not essential
- Understanding of how budgets work, scope of work and realistic deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and able to prioritise own workload
- Plans and organises effectively to deliver high quality work on time to meet agreed deadlines
- Tactful and diplomatic, especially when dealing with Artists and Management
