Core Business Recruitment Sourcer

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £37.00 - £41.00 per hour (40 hours p/w)

Hours: 9am-6pm

As a member of our Core Business recruiting team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading talent. We’re passionate about disrupting the typical recruiting process in hopes to move faster.

Our team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. We are collaborative in problem solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.

The Core Business group focus on pipelines including Recruitment, HR, Legal, Finance, Policy & Communications etc. This role will be based in our Dublin or London offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with recruiting team members (Recruiting Operations, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions.
  • Collaborate with client groups to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters.
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas.
  • Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires.
  • Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of the company and our talent acquisition team.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross[1]functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams).
 MINIMUM  QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience recruiting and sourcing core business/operational roles (Recruiting, Legal, Finance HR etc) within multinational environments.
  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Interest in contributing to the company’s mission and goals.
  • Passionate about the company and able to speak to our technology/industry.
