Are you a budding HR professional at the start of your career with a particular interest in reward, HR data and analytics? If so, this exciting new opportunity within a growing Compensation and Benefits team could offer you that next step into the world of compensation and HR Analytics, within a collaborative and vibrant team!
We are currently recruiting for a Compensation and HR Analyst for a collaborative, global creative media brand, where you will be working with the Compensation and Benefits Manager to support the business decision making strategy, compensation cycle and HRIS maintenance.
This role will suit if you;
  • Have a desire to grow your career in Compensation and Analytics
  • Have previous exposure to compensation and benefits in areas such as benchmarking, job evaluation, salary surveys, HR Metrics, or data validation
  • Have intermediate Excel skills including previous exposure to pivot tables, v-look ups, match and conditional formatting
  • You have exceptional attention to detail
It would be absolutely perfect if you;
  • Already have exposure to workday!
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • Supporting with modelling and process management involving employee’s total compensation including salary review, benefits and bonus schemes
  • Providing support with Gender Pay Gap Reporting & ONS reporting
  • Participate in job evaluation and salary administration
  • Assisting with market surveys
  • Data collection and analysis for compensation for use in reporting and recommendation
  • Analysis of HR data for the support of the wider team
  • Ensure maintenance and accuracy of HR data accuracy within HRIS workday, performing audits and taking action to identify problems
  • Working with stakeholders regularly to resolve challenges with HRIS and providing training
Starting: ASAP (Up to 2 months notice considered.)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, dependant on Compensation and Analytics experience. + benefits!
Location: Central London, but remote for now!
