Compensation Analyst - EMEA & APAC

Location: London

Length: 6 Months

Rate: £19.00 - £20.00 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm

The Regional Compensation team manages the delivery of our client’s compensation philosophy to attract and retain the world’s top talent across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific & Latin America.

In this role you will partner with Recruiting and HR Leaders to support the company’s new hire comp process. Combining internal and external data, feedback from stakeholders, as well as industry knowledge, you’ll make data-driven decisions that help drive key decisions in hiring - and will be required to influence, consult and partner with senior stakeholders. You will need to prioritise and balance competing demands appropriately, to create compelling offers for incoming talent into many areas of the organisation.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
  • 2 years experience in analytical HR role (e.g., strategy, compensation) or similar analytical role (e.g. investment banking, management consulting).
  • Strong analytical skills - a high level of familiarity with excel and other statistical packages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Client-service orientation, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Comfortable with presenting directly to senior leadership.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
