An exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading creative businesses within their compensation and benefits Team. We are looking for a bright, ambitious Compensation Analyst, to support the Director of Compensation & Benefits within this 6 month contract, with the opportunity to be extended.
This role offers the chance to work closely with the Senior Stakeholders of the business globally, and offers autonomy to someone with previous experience within a role where you are responsible for Compensation focused duties. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
Duties include but are not limited to:
Global benchmarking analysis
Working with workday and developing advanced reporting and compensation
Salary survey submissions
Developing compensation structures across multiple international regions
Assisting with the global annual compensation budget cycle
Contributing to the global bonus review cycle
Levelling project globally
We are looking for someone who:
Has advanced Excel skills
Has exceptional time management skills and a keen eye for detail
Personable, approachable and helpful manner!
Someone with previous compensation and/or benefits experience
