​We are currently recruiting for a exciting new role within the Compensation and Benefits arena! As a Compensation Analyst you will have the opportunity to be the first point of call for all compensation matters within the global business. We are looking for a bright, independent and pro-active individual that enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership, who has a minimum of 2 years experience working within an analytical role within the HR function.

The company

Would you like to work for a world renowned Entertainment business? This position is working in the London office (remotely to start with, until a full return to work program has been completed by the HR team) within a small Compensations & Benefits team reporting directly to the Comp&Bens Director, supporting the UK and International entities. The suitable candidate will be keen to learn, will have a analytical mindset and excellent excel skills to enable them to deal with and utilise large sets of data.

Duties will include:

  • Delivering the annual global merit and bonus review cycle and global compensation budget

  • Salary bench-marking for the UK and international roles

  • Taking charge of a levelling project to ensure all salaries are sat at the right level, both compared to internal and external benchmarks

  • Delivering complex compensation projects, and supporting global entities to build their compensation structures

  • Supporting the business with ad hoc compensation queries

Skills required

  • Analytical approach and previous experience within an analytical role

  • Previous exposure to compensation or benefits analysis

  • Strong Excel skills including pivot table and V-look ups

  • An ability to work autonomously without supervision

  • Ability to business partner with other departments at all levels
