Client Solutions Manager
Location: UK, London
Length: 12 months
Rate: £40.87 – £45.67 p/h (Inside IR35)
Hours: 9am-6pm (onsite 3 days a week)
Job Brief
The main function of a Client Solutions Manager is to partner with client partners to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions.
Day to day:
- Responding to briefs
- Helping clients set up campaigns
- Pitching new solutions
- Drive adoption of new products and approaches
- A lot of technical challenges such as reactive issues
- Driving performance
- Lots of projects going on across clients that the CW will get involved with – clear partnership plans in place for 2025
- Measure success – Revenue growth targets – driving product adoption KPI metrics – client satisfaction surveys – Adhoc feedback
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for partners
- Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions
- Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

- Ability to multi-task and effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Education/Experience:
- 5+ years min of social planning and execution inc specifically client-campaigns
