Location: London

Length: 5 Months

Rate: £400 - £466 per day

Hours: 9am – 6pm

The Change Management Office sits within the Portfolio and Project Centre, to enable greater benefits realisation through a structured and consistent approach to change management.

This team is responsible for setting the standard on our change management approach and executing within project delivery teams, while overseeing the holistic change impact for a specific function and/or region.

Purpose of the Role:
  • Ensure projects achieve their business outcomes by increasing adoption and minimising resistance by the target audience.
  • Own change plans for a particular change programme or project.
  • Drive consistency and rigour in change management through deploying and embedding the change management framework and associated tools/templates.
  • Own change plans and business readiness across the target market or function to manage impact and secure adoption of change.
  • Conduct change impact assessment to identify impacts to roles and capture specific process changes to feed into training and communication plans.
  • Define and execute training and communication plans.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with representatives from corresponding global function or region.
  • Coach stakeholders and sponsors on their role in leading and embedding change.
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan and support extended network of change resources.
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated blockers to change at a programme/project level, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Define measures of success and capture metrics to monitor change effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • 3+ Years change management experience related to technology-enabled change.
  • Experience of applying recognised Change Management practices within large Global programmes.
  • Solid understanding of how people respond to and successfully adapt to change.
  • Ability to influence others in achieving a common goal.
