Business/Solution Analyst

Location: London

Length: 3 Months

Rate: £260.00 - £300.00 per day

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Our client is seeking to supplement with a strong functional and solution business analyst to support solution documentation, service introduction readiness and change content through the last phase of the project and Go Live.

There is a change manager and service introduction lead and analyst.

Solutions in scope are:
  • Envoy visitor / mail management (new to our client) – in test and integrates with SMART app requires:
  • Final updates via app global admin permissions to ensure consistency within the solution,
  • Alignment to API integration in IBSS Roamer Smart app
  • Finalisation of personas vs use eg: when to use plug-in, dashboard, smart app
  • Finalisation of help cards
  • In-house technical team support documentation
  • Support to service introduction team who document full support model, controls etc
  • Knowledge transfer to company workplace Coe team
  • Review of solution and capture back-log for future work
Condeco visitor management (existing solution) and Integrates with Smart App
  •  Manage review of solution with Sodexo guest services to ensure product meets WOW and business requirements
  •  Capture outstanding requirements and work with company product owner to implement (no- custom delivery)
  •  Update existing help cards for employee and guest services users
  •  Update internal documentation based on changes due to new HQ project
  • Test and document process for hospitality ordering
  • Support project manager in access rights for specialist users
  • Support to service introduction team who document full support model, controls etc (existing)
  • Support Knowledge transfer to the company workplace Coe team re smart in partnership with Smart consultant
  • Review of solution and capture back-log for future work
IBSS Iconics & Roamer APP
  • Create User help cards from vendor material
  • Support Change manager in change and train the trainer materials
  • Support e2E testing
  • Document user journey and narrative of Smart and its integration apps
  • Support project manager in access rights for specialist users
  • Support to service introduction team who document full support model, controls etc
  • Support Knowledge transfer to our client’s workplace Coe team re smart
  • Review of solution and capture back-log for future work
Additional existing solutions within the company that will/may require support in documentation updates:
  • Xerox printin
  • HID access including mobile access (new)
  • Smart lockers
  • Smart collaboration boards
Specific knowledge of the technologies in question are a bonus but not an impediment to the role. A detailed analyst who can understand business needs and translate to workflows within the system, understand and design roles and permissions and document user guides, process flows, logical architecture, help cards is essential.

Experience of training end users is also a desirable skill.
