Brand Operations Coordinator

Location: London

Length: 6 Months

Rate: £19.03 - £23.09 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Client is looking for an exceptional brand coordinator to join the team, partnering across the EMEA Marketing organisation in support of all activation's, including campaigns, (digital) events, partnership activities and building the operational foundation.

Overall Responsibilities:

Our focus is to represent and up level the company brand in all marketing programs, while enabling operational excellence across all marketing activation's in EMEA and APAC.

You will contribute to building and adapting scalable programs to make it easier for EMEA marketers and partners to do great work. This is a unique position that will interface with all marketing programs, as well as building foundational processes to be scaled across the region.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  • Support Cloudstyle 2.0 on boarding & roll out for EMEA and APAC marketing teams.
  • EMEA Agency Audit support - communications and tracking.
  • Oversee brand team regional requests. Support the establishment, roll out and daily triage & management of brand requests for EMEA & APAC.
Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; business administration (marketing, international business, program management/administration).
Total years of experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility:
  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing and/or creative agency, business operations or administrative/project management role.
  • Start-up experience welcome.
  • Experience working in marketing, specifically creative teams or working with creative agency partners.
Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role:
  • Excellent organisational abilities (administrative or project/program management).
  • Experience working on marketing programs (any type, i.e. events, campaign, demand generation, partner marketing).
  • Communication skills or experience working in internal comms / digital/social /PR teams, with proven track record of managing multiple cross-functional stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in collaborating internally and externally at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, organise information and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
  • Experience in marketing and/or creative agency industry.
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with teams cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
Specific Tools or Applications experience:
  • Workspace or other Cloud storage solutions.
Desired
  • List of extra skills that would be nice to have but are not required to be successful in the position.
  • Program Management certification and/or training.
  • Adobe Creative Suite familiarity.
  • Experience with program management tools (ASANA, BaseCamp, JIRA, etc.).
