We have a very exciting role available with one of the biggest and most well-known brands in the world. They are looking to add a Brand Assistant to the team based in an amazing office space in Central London.
This is a hybrid role split between being a Team Assistant providing admin and event support to the Brand Development Team and helping deliver the Brand Development team objectives.
Diary Management for Brand Directors and general admin support including setting up and booking meetings and other admin tasks such as couriers, taxis etc.
Book complex and frequent travel including arranging visas, accommodation and transfers.
Raising PO’s for supplier payments and tracking project spends
Support the brand development team on key projects, researching relevant areas, PowerPoint creation, contributing to projects and owning certain elements.
Take responsibility for the reporting process, creating templates, organising meetings, consolidating information and ensuring reports are delivered on time.
Supporting Brand Development team events.
Experience in a marketing/brand department providing support.
Experience with complex Diary management and international travel.
Event organisation and stakeholder management.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
Advanced admin skill and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work to timelines in a dynamic environment.
Advanced Powerpoint skills.
Ability to produce communication appropriate to the audience.
