Position Title: Audience & Creative Manager (Biddable Media)
Location: London (CSG)


Project Overview
The Ads Marketing team acquires new advertisers among Small and Medium businesses in Europe, Middle East and Africa to help them reach new customers online. The Direct Response (Biddable Media) program is one of the largest acquisition revenue drivers for  and it includes paid advertising on owned platforms (Search, GDN, YouTube, DV360) and other platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
 
Overall Responsibilities
The Audience & Creative Manager (Biddable Media) drives paid media acquisition revenue by independently identifying, scoping out and delivering audience & creative innovation based on industry best practice and through collaboration with paid media and creative agencies, analysts and product experts. 
 
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
  • On-goingly review the efficiency of paid media audiences across all platforms, proactively suggest improvements  based on industry best practice; deploy and monitor the changes in partnership with the paid media agency
  • Develop creative assets based on platform best practice and strong local insights by leading the work of creative agencies; orchestrate go-to-market & testing 
  • Launch a new campaign to drive consideration among high value audiences; drive creative testing plan and measurement in collaboration with the analytics and product marketing teams
Mandatory
  • BA/BS degree 3-5 years experience of directly managing biddable paid media campaigns, either on the agency side or client side (preferably for/on behalf of a B2B brand)
  • Good creative judgment and understanding, ability to identify insights, formulate a creative direction and manage creative agencies
  • Superb collaboration, project management, presentation and communication
 
Skills
  • Ability to convincingly influence agency partners (media & creative), senior internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams and negotiate desired outcomes in a complex matrix organization
  • Self-drive and entrepreneurship: ability to independently define the audience & creative innovation and deliver results with limited oversight and guidance; drive to overcome technical and resource difficulties Keen interest in online media, online campaign optimization and data analysis
