My fast growth global high profile fashion E-tailer has an incredibly exciting opportunity for an Analytics Lead. As Analytics Lead you will own the e-commerce Analytics capability delivering actionable insights and reporting for all Digital functions to generate business growth. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer you will build a best-in-class Analytics suite of tools for all platforms (marketing, web and app). Manage data collection, comprehensiveness, quality and data governance through an effective tagging and data management process together with owning the creation of segments and audience management to drive increases in lifetime value. You will also act as a data evangelist, driving data-driven decision making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the overarching Digital analytics strategy, evolving and planning the core elements of analytics to become a fast-learning organization that uses data to improve our consumer experiences and drives business growth.
- Lead and drive development of an actionable analytics roadmap providing clear overarching investment and vendor prioritization for analytical tools across functions.
- Lead and drive the data governance (data taxonomy and classifications) and tagging strategy and its execution across all platforms.
- Lead and manage an advanced consumer analytics team that provides insight to improve conversion on .com and app, actively reporting and improving the respective KPI's.
- Support driving quality traffic acquisition around paid digital media options and innovations and organic (SEO) search to relentlessly drive more traffic to .com universe in the most efficient way.
- Owner of all consumer data and CDP (future state) from anonymous data points to well-known profiling.
- Lead and drive consumer segmentation/audience design, with the goal to improve engagement with our consumers across all digital touchpoints (marketing channels, web and app).
Skills and experience
- Experience of setting up and leading an Analytics teams in an eCommerce environment
- Deep understanding of eCommerce transactional processes, pricing, and payments in a relevant industry
- Data driven mindset with proven experience in successfully delivering measurable business value
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and built support from stakeholders across the business
- Strong experience collaborating with product design and marketing teams to evolve customer experiences
- Strong, positive attitude, with the ability to embrace uncertainty and to lead change
