This client is a top 5 tech giant and owner of some of the world’s most popular social media platforms and instant messaging apps, connecting billions of people across the globe.
This organisation is seeking a highly strategic, quantitative, process and detail-oriented individual to join the EMEA Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSP&O) team as a parental leave cover. This is a key opportunity to be part of the EMEA team that plays an integral role in shaping and executing GTM strategies with Sales leaders of the EMEA Global Business group.
The successful candidate must be able to roll-up their sleeves, passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Prior experience supporting stakeholders will be critical to success.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse advertising revenue performance and generate regular client / vertical / country level performance insights for senior leadership
- Drive operational processes including annual and quarterly business planning, pipeline management, resource management
- Support ad hoc operational projects as required
- Support regional advertising product priorities with data analysis
- Communicate with market leadership on a regular basis, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
- Drive Go-to-market decisions in partnership with market leadership
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in Management Strategy Consulting at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in a corporate strategy/Sales Planning & Operations team
- Strong commercial / business acumen
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational), experience explaining concepts to audiences
- Enjoy the challenge to thrive in a complex, ambiguous environment by driving results through effective structuring, communication and simplicity
- Strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills
- Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills and comfortable with managing large data sets
- Working knowledge of SQL
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or a degree in an analytical field
- Experience in tech sector or online advertising space
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
- Fluent knowledge of French preferred
