Agency Transformation & DV360 Sales Manager
 
Agency Business:
 
  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue & product growth targets; grow agency business by driving scalable product adoption and revenue growth across a broad portfolio of accounts
  • Own a portfolio of media agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement
  • Manage on C-level stakeholder relationships and co-create business growth strategies and joint business plans with a portfolio of media agencies by identifying and executing opportunities for growth and transformation
  • Shape the overall agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Head on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning
  • Educate agency teams on media and tech solutions in collaboration with agency account managers and product specialists; use product pitches and  tools to influence planning/buying and grow  investment; champion a wide range of products, primarily YouTube but including programmatic and tech solutions
 
DV360 Sales: 
 
  • Continuously build product and sectoral knowledge on programmatic media buying; understand media and tech landscape and where products can complement and/or compete
  • Grow Programmatic Media revenue with an assigned set of clients through enterprise-driven selling, strong execution, innovative problem solving and compelling storytelling.
  • Lead strategic DV360 account and business planning in collaboration with LCS, Platforms and specialist teams; build DV360 multi-quarter pipeline necessary to meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Lead DV360 media sales business by tracking and reporting overall revenue and product adoption progress, prepare quarterly business reviews 
  • Set vision for internal DV360 sales team; lead execution of sales strategy and local go-to-market plans; collaborate with DV360 sales managers and media solution managers; update sales team with product updates and sectoral insights; provide narrative leadership on new products and advertising trends
Skill/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience working in a role focused on relationship management in Media, Digital Marketing, or Advertising; digital ad sales experience
  • Strong familiarity and experience with platforms and programmatic advertising, and the broader digital display ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of the DV360 platform from a Media and Tech angle.
  • Digital and traditional/offline agency experience and knowledge of media agency landscape Fluency in English
