Revenue and Growth Planning ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid – Wednesday & Thursday in the office)
Length: 7 months
Rate: £240 - £255 per day
Hours: 9am – 5pm
Role Dimensions
The GB market represents a significant scale and growth opportunity for our client over the next 5 years. With a historic strength in the Spirits category, such as Captain Morgan, Smirnoff and Tanqueray, and an iconic brand in Guinness within Beer, our client is well placed to accelerate its market share growth and deliver upper quartile NSV and profit CAGR returns through to 2026. In order to unlock this performance, it is essential that our client has best in class revenue management capabilities in order to deliver the NSV, markets share and margin expansion goals.
Functional:
- Partner with the Head of RGP for the category to develop an integrated commercial plan for our client's GB
- Aid in the development and deployment of competitive, share winning and revenue growing pricing and promotional strategy that fulfil shopper KPIs.
- Work with sales teams and commercial finance controllers to ensure adherence to the pricing policy, ensuring appropriate governance and controls are in place for all customer investment
- Support the commercial teams to develop investment business cases that deliver revenue and margin expansions and facilitate the approval process.

Ideal experiences / Qualifications / capabilities
- Graduate degree minimum
- 5+ years cross-functional experience in sales and category in FMCG
- Commercial Strategy & Planning / NRM Experience a plus
- Well-developed and proven financial numeracy, analytical and core-selling skills
- Problem solver & driven team player
