Ahead of International Women’s Day, we will be hosting diversity leader Stephen Frost for a discussion on making diversity a reality.
Leader of Diversity & Inclusion during the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic games, Stephen Frost ensure D&I across 200,000 strong workforce, and achieved unprecedented workforce inclusion through supply and demand side interventions: 46% Female, 40% BAME, 9% disabled and 5% LGBTQ+.
The organisation was the first to be awarded the “Gold Standard” Diversity Works Award for a ground-breaking supplier diversity programme, resulting in largest cross-strand diversity accreditation/mobilisation of UK suppliers to date.
Stephen’s mantra “Diversity is a reality, Inclusion is a choice” began during his role as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at KPMG where he secured a three year implementation plan for over 500 colleagues with sign-off from Board and Executive Committee, and hosted an ‘inclusion week’ involving nearly 2,000 people across 23 locations.
From here Stephen joined the Cabinet Office as an Expert Advisor on UK Civil Service, advising Ministers and the Head of UK Civil Service Jeremy Heywood on Diversity and Inclusion during 2015 to 2019.
Now as a global leader in Diversity & Inclusion, Frost lead his own consulting company Frost Included, that embeds inclusion in decision-making within media businesses global multinationals, governments, academia, and pro bono work.
