Training and development
We're committed to the ongoing training and development of our staff. Our Junior Account Manager Academy training programme gives new recruits formal training across all aspects of recruitment, from social media and business development to interview skills and compliance. Staff who successfully complete the programme will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to fast-track their careers either within consultancy or in-house recruitment, the pathway for which we would provide.
