Personal Assistant Roles
The role of Personal Assistant consists of managing senior level diaries and offering day to day support: including administration, arranging meetings, taking minutes and other business organisational duties.
The person will need to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines, effectively prioritise a demanding workload and have strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
• Act as a positive representative for The Company, both internally and externally
• Day to day support and diary management for Exec
• Acting as first point of contact for internal and external individuals, which are frequently of a senior nature
• Actively managing a congested and rapidly changing diary
• Arranging logistics for regular international trips
• Presentation and other document preparation, including agenda
• Selection and booking of external venues for client meetings / events / dinners
• Booking meetings and ensuring rooms set up correctly for meetings
• Arranging logistics for match days e.g. ticketing, itineraries and hospitality bookings, and the communication of these to external clients

• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build good working relationships with wide variety of people at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to multi-task and be pro-active in a fast-moving environment, remaining calm under pressure
• Team player, willing to support/help people and teams other than those listed above on an ad-hoc basis
• Discrete and aware of the importance of confidentiality
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, knowledge of Keynote an advantage
