This client is a top 5 tech giant and owner of some of the world’s most popular social media platforms and instant messaging apps, connecting billions of people across the globe.
Summary:
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and implementation of UK/EU Retail Display programmes into 3rd Party Retail.
With a focus on UK and broader European support initially the potential for growth is huge. Our client is introducing new technology and creating new categories
Responsibilities
- Assist with delivery of key design, campaign and technical elements of retail furniture and experience programmes
- Maintain project documents to ensure strong project discipline driving ontime delivery
- Act as liaison between global fixture vendor partners, graphic companies, Channel Marketing managers, Creative and Marketing cross functional partners on any assets related issues that arise
- Utilize internal tools to manage payment activity. Prepare and manage spend tracking documents
- Responsible for generating and tracking PO’s through internal tools
- Work on internal process development to drive efficiencies across a broad scope of programme related activity
- Organize vendor partner conference calls weekly to track and update progress ensuring all deadline dates are on track.
- Be willing to step in, learn and pickup tasks for the broader team
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years relevant experience within large organizations
- Experience of liaising directly with Retailers from the brand side
- Must have strong experience working directly with UK retail partners. Ideally broader geographical experience of European consumer electronics retailers
- Experience of creating and maintaining project trackers across multiple programs and stakeholders
- Clear understanding and experience of working on retail fixture production and implementation. I really experience of Retail environment as a whole
- Understand how to utilize and create Excel, PPT and Word docs (proficiency with Google docs/sheets a plus)
- Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication
- Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors
- Experience managing budgets
- Highly effective at managing conflict. Is able to address issues between stakeholders swiftly in order to maintain a positive team spirit that is consistent with our client’s values
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, flexible and positive.
- Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies.
