The Security & Intelligence Team supports our content, production and publicity functions globally, including our client’s public-facing events across all verticals. This role will report to the Manager of Talent and Events Security. The role will be instrumental in ensuring a safe
experience for talent and executives at our events and experiences, driving a high standard of resilience and support.
Responsibilities:
? Provide risk assessment, plan development, vendor management, and security
support for our public-facing marketing and publicity events
? Engage with relevant stakeholders and maintain the talent and event security vendor portfolio
? Coordinate with Awards, Publicity, and Marketing teams
? Coordinate with our Security Operations Center for real-time monitoring of events
? Provide immediate stabilization and management for talent security incidents
Qualifications:
? 5 years of relevant experience, which can include executive/talent protection, security, intelligence, military; with a focus on protection/security issues
? Experience working internationally with talent, media/entertainment, or production
Preferred
? Must be business fluent in English, additional languages a bonus
Ability to:
? Maintain an awareness of security trends affecting global entertainment sector
? Communicate relevant security issues impacting talent relations to key stakeholders
? Build and maintain a network of trusted security/close protection vendors and officers
? Interact with security stakeholders, from law enforcement and intelligence agencies to embassy staff and talent & event management
? Travel regionally as required (approximately 50%)
