Our client is an established and award-winning PR and Communications Consultancy. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their fast paced and collaborative People team.
You’ll have a broad remit and variety of responsibilities across the People team and will act as the key contact for queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration for the People team including – managing onboarding, offboarding, benefits, issuing contracts, RTW checks, updating employee data and HRIS management
- Payroll – liaising with finance on updates for starters, leavers, holidays etc.
- Administration for the Learning & Development platform
- Organising and managing the internship programme
- Freelancer management – issuing contracts, and ensuring timely supplier & payroll set up
This role requires a candidate who can work comfortably in an agile environment and can manage changing priorities. You must be the kind of person who has excellent organisational skills and can work to tight deadlines. You will need to have previous administration experience, ideally in a fast paced environment.
This role is a permanent position with a hybrid working model of going into the Central London offices three days a week.
