We are looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join our Publishing client to cover a period of maternity leave.
During this time you will be reporting directly to the HR Director to work on interesting key projects including launching a new benefits platform and promotions. As the Senior Reward Analyst you will have the opportunity to help shape the Reward team and make an impact.
This role will be a great fit for a HR professional who has Reward experience, especially in the yearly enrolment process, benchmarking for the UK and supporting on annual salary review and bonus processes. You will be the kind of person who can confidently communicate change to the business (sometimes at events).
