This client is a top 5 tech giant and one of the world’s most popular search engines.
This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces, as well as free breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, on-site gyms, outdoor spaces and roof gardens, wellness rooms and sleep pods.
Drive outcomes for one or more analyses or a piece of an overarching analysis (e.g., research, experimental design using analytical tools to test hypotheses and draw conclusions, storytelling and consulting to business leaders to drive action, and designing data strategies for reporting and dashboards) as an individual contributor.
Lead efforts on business analyses to translate data into actionable insights.
Identify key market drivers for business stakeholders.
Contribute to analysis, scoping, managing priorities in alignment with multiple work streams, and allocating resources by knowing what resources are available and how to access each one.
Challenge
Use analytical reasoning to identify defined business problems with multiple approaches and help provide optimal solutions.
Address and articulate conflicts between the goals and objectives of stakeholders by understanding the nature of the problem and underlying assumptions.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Business operations knowledge
Knowledge of the management process of business operations for a given product, service, or domain. This includes understanding the broader context of generating, securing, and increasing the value of business and revenue outcomes, and knowledge of and experience with driving efficiency and effectiveness of businesses.
Consultative skills
Ability to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
Dashboarding and presentation
Ability to create dashboards to link, report, and analyze metrics based on available data. This includes the ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience.
