Head of HR Business Partnering
Hybrid -3 days in London office
Our leading commercial global client is seeking a talented Lead HRBP Partner to work in a fast moving and at time ambiguous environment reporting directly to the HR Director. You remit will be to manage this large HR team.
The Role;
Train, guide and advise managers on the process of remuneration governance, evaluate and review the implementation of the compensation and benefits processes and drive the implementation of all programs.
Train, guide and advise managers on the organisation’s leadership brand
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that training and development strategies are in line with business objectives.
Manage and support HR events compile reports and HR metrics.
Manage and coordinate initiatives to solve employee and/or management issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required;
Essential you have large team management experience within large matrix organisations
You will be highly skilled at coaching and influencing leaders in a matrix organisation.
Analytical and quick to learn and adapt with a deep understanding of HR across a broad range of functional areas.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, educate
Team player who is seen as approachable and a positive role model
Exceptionally well organised and efficient
This is a hybrid role- need to be happy to be based in the office 2 days a week in City of London.
