We are partnering with a purpose-led Media company who are looking for an experienced People Advisor to join them for a 9 month contract during an exciting period of growth!
This role reports into the Senior HR Manager across the full generalist HR remit – and also supports the HR Director on a variety of people-centric projects.
Responsibilities include providing a professional advisory service and support with recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee wellbeing, learning and development, performance management, case work and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and tools for managers.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR with at least 3 years of experience at advisory level. You will be a real team player with the ability to adapt and work in ambiguity!
