This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients’ offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces, as well as free breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, on-site gyms, outdoor spaces and roof gardens, wellness rooms and sleep pods.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to interact confidently with senior leaders of the organization in order to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program or solution. This includes the ability to confidently address difficult questions, handle push back from a high-level audience, and maintain an executive demeanor while engaging in difficult or sometimes high-pressure situations.
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with a range of teammates, clients, and stakeholders. This includes the ability to effectively set goals across relationships and collaboratively work to accomplish goals.

- The ability to anticipate, assess, and manage risk (e.g., operational, product, team health) by identifying or developing strategies to mitigate the risk or the negative effect of the risk.
- Ability to stay abreast of legal issues, regulations, and compliance relating to employment and employees with thorough understanding of performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting.
- Knowledge of dispute resolution processes other than traditional methods of formal adjudication, which can be used to informally prevent, manage, and resolve conflict.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations, as well as using analytical skills to identify trends and recommend solutions that increase employee engagement and mitigate risk.
- Ability to develop, understand, and apply domain-specific technical knowledge to complete assigned work, tasks, and support others in the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage metrics to identify employee relations trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness.
- Execute projects to generate impact and solve scaled operations problems, partner with relevant teams on project scoping, execution, and management.
- Apply employee relations expertise and employment law knowledge to successfully identify issues, risks, trends, gaps, and challenges, execute solution-focused strategies and processes to mitigate risks.
- Evaluate, correct, and enhance job performance and other workplace behaviors, assuring overall fairness and consistency to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Provide guidance on policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulations, and consistent application of practices.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching and development feedback to managers around how to handle employee relations issues.
- Work in conjunction with partner groups, including employment, legal, other investigations teams (e.g., E&C, RIT, GI), Employee Engagement, People Consultants and People Partners, countries or regions, and other groups in the broader POps organization to ensure a positive and effective employee experience.
- Conduct investigations concerning allegations of inappropriate conduct in violation of the company policy.
