This client is a top 5 tech giant with a global retail operation, video streaming platform, and has a big imprint in web services.
This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces.

We, the Delivery Technology organization, build the complex software solutions that work across our vendors, warehouses, and carriers to optimize both the time and cost of getting packages delivered. Our products and services already handle thousands of requests per second, make business decisions impacting billions of dollars a year, integrate with a network of small and large carriers worldwide, manage business rules for millions of unique products, and improve the ordering and delivery experience for millions of online shoppers.

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Integrations Specialist.
This position requires influencing across multiple teams, businesses, and senior leaders. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the purchase experience across online retail seamless and delightful.

Key job responsibilities:
- Establish technical credibility in the engagement cycle and collaborate with Sales to drive adoption of our integration-focused products and features.
- Develop deep and broad relationships with executives and technical stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Lead tech and API Integration discussions with large customers, support the onboarding process, and troubleshoot where needed. Provide technical support and architectural guidance directly to developers.
- Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks/ pain-points, and evaluate opportunities to improve end user experiences, reduce time/ costs, improve CX and accelerate growth.
- Act as a technical leader between customer, support & engineering, and business team
- Create integration goals, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are stable, scalable, and efficient.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in development, contribution to multiple large projects
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or establish processes around customer enablement.
- Hands on experience with any one of the coding languages like C#, PHP, Python is required.
