We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the Operations team of our media client. This role is a full time temporary position for a 3 month period starting in March working in their offices in Manchester.
This is a great role for anyone looking to get into HR or if you have a passion for administration. You will be the kind of person who is open to learning new tasks and skills and who can work autonomously in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Scanning paper personnel files to electronic copies
- Saving electronic copies of personnel files onto HR drive
- File archiving in accordance with GDPR guidelines
- Writing letters / contract amends in relation to office relocation
- Admin of new starter documents – offer letters / pension letters / references / probation letters
- Data inputting on TT
- Ad hoc admin tasks as and when required
This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office but may vary due to task requirements such as scanning.
