Our client, a growing brand, with Head Offices based in Birmingham, are currently hiring for an experienced People Partner to join their team. This role will offer the opportunity to join a small team, supporting multiple sites across all things people – from people strategy, HR transformation, succession planning, acquisitions, talent attraction, engagement, reward and people relations. You will have the support of a HR team that will manage the day to day including employee relations as well as having a Resourcing team to manage Recruitment. Reporting into the HR Director and Head of HR, this role will offer the opportunity to devise and lead on people strategy.
Duties include:
- Devising and implementing HR Strategy alongside the HR Director
- Partnering with department heads to help manage people challenges
- Working with Learning and Development team to support on succession planning
- Supporting the Head of Resourcing on talent attraction and retention
- Working across all people transformation projects
- Supporting the HR team on any escalations for employee relations
- Coaching and mentoring HR team members to help develop internal capability within HR
